Call Johnnie Morine at 817-275-5200 x102 for Return Material Authorization before you ship the product. Product must be returned in ORIGINAL shipping packaging and other criteria may apply. Damage to packaging during shipping to your address must be noted on receipt with the courier. ALC must be notified of product problems within the warranty period specified for the product. Support is offered by ALC when there is a need for installation, instructions or product operations.

Statement of Guarantee
ALC guarantee to make available equivalent replacement parts for products sold to the state until at least the third anniversary of the date the product is discontinued.
