ALLEN YOUNG OFFICE MACHINES strives to provide manintenance and support to all customers in an effective and professional manner. Should you have any questions regarding the operation of the equipment purchased from our company, please contact our Service Department, Doug Pustka, Mgr. at 325-655-6558. Monday - Friday 8:00a.m.-5:00p.m. Closed for lunch from 12:00-1:00 CST. 72.50 hourly repair charges that are not covered under maintenance agreements. 4 hour response time. Emergency situations will be handled on a case by case basis. We will make available equivalent replacement parts for a product sold to the state until at least the third anniversary of the date the product is discontinued.

Statement of Guarantee
ALLEN YOUNG OFFICE MACHINES will make available equivalent replacement parts for a product sold to the state for at least 3 years after a product is discontinued.
