Fiber Optic Services provides complete copper and fiber optic cable installations, testing, design, and maintenance. Other services include: consulting on cabling infrastructure requirements, site survey inspections, and detailed analysis of materials and labor required to complete projects ontime and under budget. Our staff has state-of-the-art testing equipment and expertise to design and deliver reliable cabling solutions for all of your networking projects. We will install all cabling infrastructures in a manner that is compliant with your specifications as well as any federal, state, local, or any other applicable laws. Fiber Optic Services understands that each customer has specific and unique requirements. For this reason, we take a pro-active approach during the site inspection and design phase to ensure that each customers installation process is accomplished without delays. In addition, to ensure total customer satisfaction, our company is dedicated to providing continued support after the installation. Fiber Optic Services offers all customers a warranty, beginning on the final acceptance or completion date, on our cabling workmanship. Any cable or connector that encounters a problem as a result of our workmanship will be repaired at no cost to customer as long as the affected portion of the cabling has not be tampered with by anyone other than our representative. Normal business hours are 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Any work accomplished after normal business hours, weekends, or holidays will be calculated at overtime rates or a negotiated price. Non-emergency response time for trouble calls is 24 hours. Emergency response time for trouble calls is 4 to 6 hours.
