Maintenance, Repair, Support Plan
1. Media. Pixxures warrants for a period of ninety (90) days from delivery that the media on which the Pixxures product is recorded and the Documentation to be free from defects in tangible materials and accuracy of reproduction from the master media. Pixxures will replace, at no charge, defective original media that has been returned.

2. Limited Performance Warranty. Pixxures warrants to Customer for a period of ninety (90) days from delivery that it will make a commercially reasonable effort to ensure the Pixxures product operates substantially in accordance with the contract or statement of work. If Customer notifies Pixxures of a defect during the Warranty Period, Pixxures will use its best efforts to correct the defect at no cost to Customer. PIXXURES MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, INTEGRATION, TITLE AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
